It’s a big day in the world of Tiny Little Houses, as they announce their very first headline national tour and release the video for new single ‘Song Despite Apathy’. Directed by the band’s drummer Clancy Bond and friend Daniel Dunn, the video features the band in full blown karaoke mode.
The Melbourne band will be taking to the road for a run of shows this November to celebrate the release of the band’s second EP Snow Globe out 7 th October 2016
Having recently completed a sold out run of shows on their Milo Tin tour, the band return to the live stage to play some choice cuts from the debut EPYou Tore Out My Heart as well as treating fans to some brand new tunes.
Featuring their latest single ‘Song Despite Apathy’, the EP was recorded in Melbourne and once again saw the band join forces with revered Aussie producer Steve Schram.
The five tracks that make up Snow Globe mark a notable progression for Tiny Little Houses. Musically, the band stretch further than ever before, exploring the extremities of their sound via the unabashed, raw energy in lead single ‘Song Despite Apathy’ and heart- wrenchingly stripped back honesty of ‘I Hate That You’re Happy’. Songs ‘Medicate Me’ and ‘Snow Globe’ celebrate the kind of perfect indie pop that shot the band straight to the hearts of music bloggers, radio programmers and fans alike. The track list even sees the band taking Kasey Chambers classic ‘Not Pretty Enough’ into unexpectedly emo-fuzz territory.
Catch the TLH boys live as they celebrate the release of their stunning new EP.
